Radiology

About Me
I am a diagnostic radiologist with extensive experience in abdominal imaging, emergency radiology, trauma imaging, and teleradiology. I currently work as an Abdominal Radiologist at Hospital Mae de Deus in Porto Alegre, where I interpret abdominal CT and MRI examinations. I also work as a General Radiologist at Hospital de Pronto Socorro de Porto Alegre, a major trauma referral center, interpreting emergency and trauma CT scans and radiographs.

In addition to my hospital-based practice, I provide remote reporting services covering general and abdominal CT, MRI, and radiography. My main areas of expertise are internal medicine imaging, particularly abdominal and thoracic radiology.

I routinely work with high-volume imaging workflows, structured reporting, PACS/RIS platforms, and AI-assisted tools, which I actively incorporate into my daily radiology practice.

My Philosophy of Care
I believe that high-quality radiology combines clinical knowledge, careful image interpretation, clear communication, and efficient use of modern technology. My goal is to provide accurate, clinically relevant, and actionable radiology reports that support physicians in making the best possible decisions for their patients. I also believe that artificial intelligence and structured workflows can enhance radiology practice when thoughtfully integrated with the expertise and judgment of the radiologist.
