Prepaid credits, charged per study at the reading radiologist's rate. If the balance runs short, new studies wait and nothing is lost. We email you, and they are read as soon as you top up.

Access limited to your team

Only your team and the radiologist assigned to a study can open it, and we accept DICOM connections only from sites we have registered.

Do we get a draft or a final report?

A final report. The radiologist who reads the study signs it under their own name, so your team can release it to the referring physician as it is.

How do studies get from our PACS to you?

Over standard DICOM. Your PACS sends studies to our DICOM node with a C-STORE, the same way it sends to any other destination, so there is no software to install. We set up the connection with your PACS administrator. Clinics without a PACS link can upload studies in bulk in the web app.

Where does the signed report end up?

In the same study in your PACS, stored as a DICOM document next to the images. It also stays available in DocOrbit. If you would rather not receive reports in your archive, we keep them in DocOrbit only.

How does billing work?

You buy credits in advance, and each study is charged at the reading radiologist's rate. If your balance runs short, new studies wait in line and nothing is lost: we email you once, and the studies are read as soon as you top up.

What happens if a report needs a correction?

The radiologist issues a corrected report, and it is filed into the same study next to the original. A document already stored in a PACS cannot be recalled, so the correction is added rather than replacing it.

Which modalities do you read?

Diagnostic radiology: CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography and DEXA. Nuclear medicine: PET-CT and bone, thyroid and parathyroid scintigraphy.
