# DocOrbit > DocOrbit is an AI-assisted medical second-opinion platform. Patients and clinicians upload medical imaging studies (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, PET) and receive an AI-generated radiology report reviewed by board-certified specialists across radiology, neurology, oncology, cardiology, dermatology, hematology, and ophthalmology. The website is trilingual: English at the root, Turkish under `/tr/`, German under `/de/`. All blog articles are answer-oriented and target real clinical questions patients ask after receiving an imaging report. ## Product - [Home](https://www.docorbit.com/): Product overview, how DocOrbit works, pricing, FAQ. - [Radiology](https://www.docorbit.com/radiology): The radiology-specific second-opinion workflow. - [Specialties](https://www.docorbit.com/specialties): Covered specialties (radiology, neurology, oncology, dermatology, hematology, ophthalmology, cardiology). - [Specialists](https://www.docorbit.com/specialists): Directory of consulting specialists. - [For doctors](https://www.docorbit.com/for-doctors): How clinicians join the network. - [For companies](https://www.docorbit.com/for-companies): Enterprise / B2B offering. - [White-label](https://www.docorbit.com/white-label): Clinics and hospitals run the platform under their own brand, on their own domain, with their own specialists and optionally the Orbius AI radiologist. ## Free tools (no account, no upload, run in the browser) These answer the practical problem a patient has right after collecting their imaging: a hospital hands over a CD or USB full of DICOM files that nothing on an ordinary computer will open or accept. All four decode the files locally in the visitor's browser, so no image is ever uploaded to DocOrbit or anywhere else. Each is mirrored under `/tr/` and `/de/`. - [DICOM viewer](https://www.docorbit.com/dicom-viewer/): Open a study and scroll through it, adjust window/level, and measure. For "how do I open a .dcm file" and "how do I view my CT scan CD". - [DICOM to PDF](https://www.docorbit.com/dicom-to-pdf/): Turn a whole study into one PDF that can be emailed to a doctor, uploaded to a patient portal or printed. A contact sheet layout puts twelve slices on a page, so a 300-slice CT becomes about 25 pages rather than 300. For "how do I send my scan to a doctor", "convert DICOM CD to PDF" and "my hospital portal will not accept DICOM". - [DICOM to JPEG](https://www.docorbit.com/dicom-to-jpeg/): Individual slices as ordinary .jpg images, for sharing one picture or putting a figure in a document. - [DICOM to NIfTI](https://www.docorbit.com/dicom-to-nifti/): Whole series as .nii.gz volumes for FSL, SPM, ITK-SNAP or 3D Slicer. Aimed at researchers rather than patients. All of them honour the WindowCenter and WindowWidth stored in the file, so CT and MRI come out with the contrast a radiologist would read them at rather than the flat grey that naive converters produce. None of the outputs are diagnostic: they are 8-bit, the window is baked in and the DICOM header does not survive, so the original files should be kept. ## Blog (clinical explainers, patient-facing) - [Cerebral Atrophy on MRI — what it means and when to worry](https://www.docorbit.com/blog/cerebral-atrophy-mri/) - [Chronic Ischemic Changes on MRI — meaning, causes, next steps](https://www.docorbit.com/blog/chronic-ischemic-changes-mri/) - [Paranasal Sinus Mucosal Thickening — when it matters](https://www.docorbit.com/blog/paranasal-sinus-mucosal-thickening/) - [Found a Lung Nodule on Your CT Scan?
